Absolutely love this couch. The customer service was great from the time of purchasing to the communication throughout and even after delivery. They projected 6-8weeks and it was delivered in 7 - mind you it was over the holidays. Really happy with our purchase (only side note is there was about 10 loose threads, which isn’t a big deal but I’m nervous to cut them or pull them)

So happy with our couch! We got the custom Stanton with 40” depth. We got 2 love seats and an ottoman and it fits in our space perfectly. We shopped around for weeks and Candace and Basil was by far the best choice. The most affordable and customizable?! Say no more. The delivery people were very kind and helpful. Couch arrived and was installed in 30 minutes.

I ordered a custom upholstered bed which arrived on time and exactly to the requested specifications. It is beautiful - exceeded our expectations! The delivery team/installers were polite, hard-working, and courteous. I would definitely use Candace & Basil again for furniture pieces.

The bed was perfect! We have an adjustable and we needed a bed frame that could work with this and Candace & Basil did a wonderful job. The delivery was well executed as well. I would recommend Candace & Basil to everyone.

Truly impressed with this local business. Had been to their facility and met the production manager who explained an upgrade they were planning that would be in place if we ordered. After viewing oh so many beds and fabrics we chose them for the quality offered and a superior fabric to many others. A soft off white boucle. Custom order arrived on schedule and the team, after verifying correct fabric, had it built in no time. Took boxes and plastic wrap away with them. The bed - such a sturdy frame. No squeaks, no wobbles. It’s perfect. Would highly recommend Candace and Basil to anyone looking for a new bed. Nothing but praise.
